Plot Summary
The Heirs is a South Korean drama. The story revolves around a group of wealthy high school students who are being groomed to take over their family’s business empires. The main characters include Kim Tan (Lee Min-ho), the heir to Jeguk Group; Cha Eun-sang (Park Shin-hye), a hardworking girl from a poor family; and Choi Young-do (Kim Woo-bin), the heir to Zeus Hotel Group.
Kim Tan, who has been living in the U.S., meets Eun-sang when she travels there to find her sister. Despite their initial differences, they develop a bond. Upon returning to South Korea, Eun-sang ends up living in Kim Tan’s house, as her mother works there as a housekeeper. She enrolls in Jeguk High School, where she faces the challenges of being a poor student among wealthy peers.
Kim Tan openly pursues Eun-sang, despite opposition from his family and peers. Choi Young-do, who initially bullies Eun-sang, also develops feelings for her, leading to a love triangle and tension between Tan and Young-do, who were once best friends…
