Plot Summary
Suspicious Partner is a Korean drama that combines of romance, comedy, and legal thriller. The series follows the story of Noh Ji-wook (played by Ji Chang-wook), a charismatic prosecutor known for his strong sense of justice, and Eun Bong-hee (played by Nam Ji-hyun), a passionate and determined trainee lawyer.
The drama begins with Noh Ji-wook and Eun Bong-hee crossing paths under unusual circumstances. Bong-hee mistakenly accuses Ji-wook of being a pervert on a subway train, and the encounter leaves a lasting impression on both of them. They meet again at a law firm, where Bong-hee secures an internship and Ji-wook works as a prosecutor.
As they spend more time together, Ji-wook and Bong-hee develop feelings for each other. However, their budding romance faces numerous obstacles. One of the major challenges arises when Bong-hee becomes a murder suspect. She wakes up one morning to find her ex-boyfriend dead in her apartment, and the evidence points to her as the culprit.
